Tiffany Costa, MA, LMHC, graduated from Lesley University in 2007 with a Masters in Professional Counseling with a specialization in Trauma Studies. Tiffany has an extensive history and a strong passion working with survivors of trauma specifically domestic violence, sexual assault, and community violence.

She has a lengthy history of working with at-risk youth and has provided community-based clinical services to youth and their families involved with Department of Youth Services (DYS). Tiffany has experience working with adults and with children as young as the age of 5. Tiffany has experience with anxiety, behavioral issues, grief / loss, self-harm, anger management, depression, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, oppositional defiance, and self-esteem. Tiffany’s approach to therapeutic work is client centered and she has expertise in a number of approaches including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
